Orders
Everything you need to know before and after placing an order.
Simply browse our catalogue, add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. The process takes less than two minutes. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed β check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
You can request a modification or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, before it enters our packaging process. Contact us as soon as possible via the support chat or email. Once the order has been packed and dispatched, it can no longer be modified β but you can always return it under our 30-day policy.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time. You can also track it from the "My Orders" section of your account. If 24 hours have passed since dispatch and you haven't received the tracking email, write to us and we'll sort it out immediately.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund β no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our responsibility, from dispatch to delivery.
Yes. For orders over 10 units of the same product, or for business/professional use, please contact us directly at orders@nobodyelse.shop. We'll assess your request and offer dedicated pricing and logistics support.
Shipping
Delivery times, costs and everything related to getting your order to you.
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. No surprises at checkout β the price you see is the price you pay.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. We'll always send you a tracking link so you know exactly when to expect your parcel.
We currently ship to over 10 countries across Europe. During checkout, your address will be validated automatically. If your country is not yet covered, please contact us β we're constantly expanding and may be able to arrange a special shipment.
We work with leading logistics partners including DHL, GLS, and DPD, selecting the best carrier for each destination to guarantee reliability and speed. The courier assigned to your order will be indicated in your tracking email.
The courier will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery the following business day, or redirect the parcel to the nearest collection point. You can also manage delivery preferences directly through the courier's tracking link sent in your dispatch email.
Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is simple: if you're not happy, we make it right.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item, for any reason. Returns are completely free. No need to explain yourself β if it's not right for you, we take it back.
Contact our support team via chat or email with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within a few hours. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest collection point. Simple as that.
Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.
Yes. If you'd like a different colour, size or product, simply mention it when you contact us for the return. We'll do our best to arrange a direct exchange. If the alternative item has a different price, we'll settle the difference with you directly.
Items that have been used, assembled, or significantly damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund. Customised or made-to-order products are also excluded unless they arrive defective. If in doubt, contact us before returning and we'll guide you through the process.

Absolutely. Every product in our catalogue is manually selected and inspected before being made available for sale. We only stock items we would be proud to have in our own homes. Our 4.8/5 rating across 5,100+ verified reviews speaks for itself.
Yes. We have a strict no-overretouch policy. Our photos are taken in natural light to represent colours and textures as accurately as possible. Minor variations due to monitor calibration may occur, but what you see is genuinely what you'll receive.
Materials vary by product and are always specified in the individual product description. We prioritise weather-resistant, durable materials β including treated hardwoods, powder-coated aluminium, and UV-resistant synthetic rattan β selected for outdoor use and longevity.
Most of our products are designed for outdoor use and can withstand typical European climate conditions. For items requiring seasonal protection, we indicate this clearly in the product description. As a general rule, storing cushions and fabric items indoors during winter will extend their life considerably.
Most products are restocked regularly. Click "Notify me when available" on the product page and we'll send you an email the moment it's back in stock. For urgent requests, contact us directly β we can sometimes reserve units before they go live on the site.
Payments
Accepted methods, security and everything about how we handle your payment.
We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted connections.
Completely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and our payment processors are PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers β all sensitive data is handled exclusively by certified third-party payment providers.
Buy Now Pay Later options may be available at checkout depending on your country and cart total. If you'd like to pay in instalments for a larger order, contact us and we'll do our best to find a suitable solution.
First, check your spam or promotions folder β confirmation emails occasionally end up there. If there's nothing after 15 minutes, contact us with the email address you used at checkout. We'll verify the transaction and resend the confirmation immediately. You will not be double-charged.
Account
Managing your profile, preferences and order history.
No. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, access your order history and receive exclusive offers.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
To delete your account and all associated personal data, send us an email at privacy@nobodyelse.shop with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll process your request within 72 hours, in full compliance with GDPR.
Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or go to your account settings and disable email communications. You will still receive transactional emails about your orders (confirmation, dispatch, refunds).
